Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Propwash Reservations, LLC, doing business as LogRaven ("LogRaven," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information in connection with the LogRaven website, applications, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Use.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide: name, email address, organization name, job title or capacity, account role, aircraft claims, ownership documentation (such as registration certificates and bills of sale), logbook images and PDFs, maintenance entries, FAA certificate numbers (for maintenance providers), support communications, and email addresses entered at checkout.
Payment information: payments are processed by Square, Inc. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. We receive and retain limited transaction data, such as amount, status, date, payment and order identifiers, and subscription status.
Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, timestamps, referring URLs, and similar usage and diagnostic data collected through cookies, local storage, and server logs.
Public and third-party information: aircraft registration data published by the FAA, FAA airman and repair station records, and information from authentication providers (such as Google or Apple) when you choose to sign in with them.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to: (a) provide, operate, and maintain the Services; (b) verify identity, aircraft ownership, and maintenance-provider credentials; (c) process documents, including through artificial-intelligence-assisted transcription and analysis, to extract and organize maintenance entries; (d) generate, publish, and deliver Reports; (e) process payments, recurring subscriptions, and receipts; (f) send transactional communications, such as report delivery, account, billing, and security notices; (g) detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents; (h) improve and develop the Services; and (i) comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. How Information Appears in Reports
Reports sold to purchasers contain aircraft-level information, including registry data, extracted and reviewed maintenance entries, signer names and certificate numbers as recorded in maintenance entries, and records scores. Reports do not include the account holder's contact information or original raw scans. Information entered in historical logbooks by third parties (such as mechanics' names and certificate numbers) is processed as part of the aircraft's maintenance history.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We share information only as follows: (a) with service providers that perform services on our behalf, including hosting, database, storage, payment processing (Square), email delivery, and AI processing, subject to confidentiality obligations; (b) with Report purchasers, limited to the aircraft-level information described above; (c) with maintenance providers you authorize, limited to what is needed to submit entries (they do not receive your raw scans); (d) with members of an organization you join; (e) upon a verified change of aircraft ownership, aircraft-level records may pass to the new holder, while prior raw scans remain private; (f) to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LogRaven, our users, or others; and (g) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and browser local storage that are necessary to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Services, and process payments. You may disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Services may not function properly.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide the Services, maintain the integrity of published Reports and audit history, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Published Report snapshots and security audit logs are retained as immutable records. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it.
8. Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, private storage of uploaded documents, and access logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
